Notice for Claims of Intellectual Property Violations and Agent for Notice
THIS PROCESS IS FOR COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MATTERS .
Should you find materials on the Travelhoppers site (“Site”) that you believe constitutes copyright infringement of your intellectual property rights please provide Travehoppers Registered Agent of Notice with the following information:

- a description of where on the Site the infringement is occurring or is to be found with enough specificity to accurately locate the intellectual property in question, preferably with a URL;
- An address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you;
- a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use on the Site is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information you are providing us is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.
